What You Will Learn

By the end of the training, and with your commitment to carry out all the tasks that will be asked of you, you will be able to:

  • Identify the basics terms of the instructional design field. 
  • Create your session plan using ROPES model.
  • Differentiate between different methods of learning. 
  • Understand the difference between learning methods and learning media. 
  • Recognize different techniques to facilitate a VCT. 
  • Recognize how to give and receive feedback professionally 
  • Differentiate between the three processes of any presentation by understanding the presentation planning steps and skills required to deliver a presentation and how to handle any type of audience.
  • Recognize how to create a professional PowerPoint presentation.

TOT Program for youth who want to start their Training career (youth from 18-35 years old all over Egypt). 

Please note that you will be asked to have your camera on during the training.


Course Outline: 

The program is consists of three modules: Instructional Design, Trainers' Skills, and Class Management.

  2. Introduction to ADDIE Model
  3. How to create a session plan using ROPES model.
  4. Training Methods. 
  5. How to facilitate a VCT "Virtual Classroom"
  6. Giving and Receiving feedback

  9. Types of audience
  10. Classroom management

By the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion from EYouth and accredited by AUS - The American University in Switzerland.
